Shipping Information

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the country they are shipped to. Currently we offer the following shipping rates:

Additionally it is possible to pick up your parcel at our store located in Ostend, Christinastraat 56 in which case no shipping fees apply.

Delivery Times

The shipment of the ordered products takes place within three working days after receipt of payment. In most cases, the shipment takes place within one to two working days after receiving the payment. No delay in delivery can give rise to termination of the purchase or payment of damages for the benefit of the Buyer, except in the event of deliberate delay.

Damaged Goods

We always take great care to ensure our products are packed in such a way to avoid any type of damage during transportation. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, we ask you contact us with the following photos:

With these pictures we will try to obtain compensation for the damage by the carrier and will inform you of the result.
